These are a few things you’ll need to make this particular lot work: The farmhouse is the residential area where the Sims will live and the barn is where I have put the art gallery.

I built a really simple farmhouse in a traditional style with a barn connected on the side and enough room out the front for a small manageable farm area. Now it’s time to get creative! Newcrest is good for this as the world is blank and you can always build a house on it once you have made your millions from your retail store! Now, select the “ Buy Retail Store” from the phone menu and choose where you want your retail store to be.All ground floor objects should be in their place (compare with the photos). Place the Beehive Art Collective building in whichever lot you desire.The Lot is saved with the foundations OFF.Download and install the Lot in your game.So, for the time being this problem is fixed (in most cases) in this simple way: When foundations are on, the ground floor objects may move to your inventory when you install the Lot.

There’s a conflict with foundations and TwistedMexi‘s moveobjects cheat mod (although he/she has been doing a great job and trying to fix it). This building (as shown in the photos) is built on foundations of one step height.

If these options return in TS4 at some point, I will update the studios. In that version the studios included studios for photography, architecture, sculpture and fashion design. This building is a redesign of a similar one I had created for TS3, where we had Sims with more artistic skills and careers. An old industrial building, renovated and converted to an art beehive, where artists live, create and showcase their work.
